Conservar alecrim / How to preserve rosemary

Eu gosto de ter ervar aromáticas disponíveis para usar enquanto estou a cozinhar.
Eu já tentei ter os vasos com as ervas em casa, mas não consigo fazer com que sobrevivam muito tempo. Então resolvi usar a tática de congelar.
Eu congelo salsa, coentros, hortelã e alecrim. Mas vou também congelar outras ervas aromáticas, logo que eu comece a me identificar com elas e me sejam úteis.
Hoje vou dizer como eu congelo o alecrim.
Como eu faço batatas assadas com alecrim com frequência, eu gosto de ter alecrim congelado. O sabor é muito mais intenso do que o do alecrim seco.
Mas se quiserem, podem secar alecrim no forno: 100ºC/30min-1 h (ou até sentirem que as agulhas estão secas). Deixar arrefecer e guardar num frasco bem fechado.

Mas agora - o alecrim fresquíssimo :-)

Retire as agulhas de 2 ou 3 galhos de alecrim. Lave bem e seque com papel de cozinha.

Coloque num saco com fecho, identifique, retire o ar e coloque no congelador.

I like to have aromatic herbs available to use while I am cooking. I have tried to have the pots with the herbs at home, but I can not make them survive for long. I have, then, decided to use the freezing tactic.
I freeze parsley, coriander, spearmint and rosemary. But I will also freeze other herbs as soon as I understand where they are useful to me.
Today I'll tell you how I freeze the rosemary.
Since I often make roasted potatoes with rosemary , I like having frozen rosemary. The flavor is much more intense than the dried rosemary. But if you want, you can dry rosemary in the oven: 100ºC / 30min-1h (or until you feel the needles are dry). Cool and store in a tightly closed bottle.

But now, how to preserve the fresh rosemary :-)

Remove the needles from 2 or 3 twigs of rosemary.
Wash thoroughly and dry with kitchen paper.
Put in a resealable bag, identify, remove the air and place in the freezer.
